Long time no post, as they say in these blog-type things. Here goes…
When ordering the ingredients for Brew #4 I decided to order double of everything so that I could make the most of the fixed-rate postage charge. Therefore, Brew #5 will be brewed (this weekend, barring the apocalypse) to the same recipe as Brew #4.
I’ll write up a post when it’s fermenting to report on progress.
