Hi All

I would like to ask that people so not confuse 'EasyBrew.co.uk' with my company 'EasyHomeBrew.co.uk'.

We are a new company that have been selling homebrew supplies for only 6 months so far. We sell online and via our shop in Ashford, Kent.

We pride ourself on great customer service, and never let a customer down.

Thanks all

I made an order in Feb. Nothing arrived for weeks. I had to contact them multiple times to get anything delivered. Then half of the order arrived. After more e-mails, phone calls, got the rest. What arrived was very battered, but I had given up chasing them by then.

Just a quick comment to keep the information up to date and keep it at the top of the Google searches.
We ordered from Easybrew in late Oct 2008 and didnt recieve any emails confirming reciept of the order or any kind of correspondance, but the credit card was charged immediately. After a few weeks passed, we attempted to call and email Easybrew several times to enquire about the order with no answer. Eventually we called the bank and they cancelled the charges etc. At this point we considered the order cancelled, until a box from Easybrew arrived and the credit card was charged for a second time. Bear in mind we still hadnt had any correspondance from Easybrew whatsoever, including any request to authorise a second credit card transaction. The final joke is that the box was missing 30% of the order, but they still had the audacity to make the unauthorised charge to the credit card for the full order value.
In my view this goes way beyond trading standards issues, and from reading around online it seems like its been happening since 2007. Hopefully if we make everyone aware of the problems, this is one company we can force to go under during the credit crunch/recession.

The reason the easybrew have changed thier web site is because thier old host has not renewed thier contract. I know this as i was talking to them at the end of last year when i was struggling to get my goods out of them.

I ordered £380 worth of goods from Easybrew and they took the money instantly. I received an email the next day as follows:

Dear xxxxxx

Thank you very much for your recent order. Please accept my apology but there will be a slight delay in your order being despatched, as we are out of stock of the item(s) below:
30 Bottle Equipment Kits , Kenridge Classic Pinot Grigio and Muntons Santa`s Winter Warmer
I have checked with our suppliers and we should be receiving them within the next 10 - 14 days (maximum) and your order will then be sent out to you on a next working day service.By way of apology for this delay, when we ship your order we will include a "little something" with my compliments.

If this delay is too long and you wish to change to an alternative product, please do let me know.
Best Regards

I never received any items until 6 weeks later and that was down to contacting my credit card company. When the items arrived, lots of items were missing and i have tried to no avail, contacting this so called company. They certainly gave me a"little something". I have never come across such a corrupt and useless business! Stay well well away!!

Use www.brewingathome.co.uk

They are very efficient and quick with orders
