Easybrew.co.uk - Order problems resolved!

Out of the blue, Annette Ferre (Easybrew proprietor) left a message in the comment thread for my post on my order problems with Easybrew. I am happy to say that after contacting her directly, my problem has been solved. :-)

I have been issued with a refund for the amount outstanding on my original order, and Annette has promised to send me the goods I was missing as well.

Can anyone recommend a better company than easybrew? Totally messed me around for over 3 weeks. I ordered a wine making kit and although they took my money within 2 days, I have had no sign of the kit…finally told they were out of stock which is understandable but as I say - 3 weeks later and no sign of my kit. Order canceled yet they have not refunded me and sent me another email explaining there would be a further delay…bottom line - not professional and I want to spend my money elsewhere!!!!
