On Friday 3/07/2009 I called in at Easy Brew in Ringwood.Premises empty and sign in the window said (No Longer Trading).

Thanks for doing this forum its been a great help and source of encouragement. We placed an order in October 08 for goods to the value of £181 its now 8 months later and still no goods and no refund! Emailed Annette Ferre after seeing your site and recieved an encouraging email in Nov 08 but still nothing and all emails since have been ignored. Have reported it to trading standards and are now taking it up with the credit card company. These people are crooks and need prosecuting!

If you are still owed money by Easybrew don’t give up just yet. My friends have just had their £71 refunded by their bank. This was from a debit card transaction as well. So it’s worth a try. Tell the bank the full story with dates etc and how many times and by what method you triied to contact EB. Copy any letters to the bank that you have sent EB or Trading Standards or even the Receiver. Never though I would say “Well done, Barclays!!”
